Yes!! Grass fed sheep milk is one of the most nutritious kinds of milk available. It is extremely gentle on the digestive system and packs DOUBLE the amount of protein, healthy fats, and many vitamins (including calcium and zinc) than cow's milk. This is what makes it a SUPERFOOD!

Sheep's milk has been known to lower cholesterol levels, strengthen the bones, boost the immune system, stimulate growth and development, prevent birth defects, reduce inflammation, fight cancer and lower blood pressure.

While sheep milk does contain some lactose, people who report lactose intolerance consistently report that they are able to drink sheep milk without discomfort.

We are lucky enough to be friends with an awesome family farm in Dallas, Oregon. We partner with Fia Fia Farms and use their sheep milk to make our deliciously creamy flavors.

Anyone who has tasted goat's milk products knows that sometimes you can really "taste the animal", which can be extremely unappealing. Sheep milk is very similar to cow's milk in flavor! There will still be a slight taste difference, but that is to be expected. Don't let it scare you from trying out some of our ice cream.
